My classes and private sessions are open and accessible to all. I work with clients looking for a great environment to begin an exercise program, as well as athletes interested in complementing their current workout routine. I am a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor, Total Barre Certified Instructor, CORE Certified Instructor, Post Rehabilitation Specialist, Group Matwork Specialist, Golf Conditioning Specialist, Athletic Conditioning Specialist and Interdisciplinary Specialist.
