I have occasional lower back pain and suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome. I started doing Pilates with Deannine about three years ago. Since then, I have strengthened my core significantly. So much so, I rarely have back pain anymore! The biggest difference I saw was with my energy level and the fact that I experienced fewer sleepless nights as a result of my RLS! This has been such a troubling issue for me and to think doing Pilates twice a week would reduce those symptoms was amazing news!
